I'm Jplus, the owner of this small site. I design and create most of the featured crafts sold here. Here, I'll answer some frequently asked questions to enhance your shopping experience.
How are these crafts made?
My crafts are primarily metal castings. They're cast from metal molds, then hand-polished and painted. Most of them are fictional weapons that don't exist in real life, so I need to redesign them to function as they do in games.
Can you ship to my country?
I'm a seller, but I can't actually ship any of my items to buyers. So I work with shipping companies. The problem is, most of my crafts are knife-shaped, which doesn't ship to many countries. And each country's regulations change over time. The easiest way to check is to try placing an order with your exact address.
I ordered your item. How can I track it?
First, thank you for supporting my small business. You can track your order using the tracking code we send to your email address. Sometimes, emails may be blocked by your email system. If this happens, please check your spam or contact us at Support@jplus.club to request a tracking code.
Is your tracking code not showing anything or the store app showing it incorrectly?
The store app doesn't seem to support some of our tracking codes. You can track your order through other third-party tracking sites, such as https://www.jplus.club. I also have a tracking page on my website that can help you track your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary for many reasons. Delivery within the US takes approximately 15-25 days, and delivery to other countries takes approximately 20-40 days. Occasionally, delivery times may be longer due to customs inspections.
We also store some popular crafts in my rented US warehouse, which allows for faster delivery to the US, taking approximately 3-5 days. We have a wide variety of products, so if you need an expedited order, please contact us directly.
My order never showed up even though the tracking code showed it was delivered?
First, check your mailbox; most couriers don't call you when your order arrives.
Secondly, please feel free to contact us at Support@jplus.club. We will contact the shipper for assistance.
Has my order not arrived yet, even though the promised delivery time has passed?
There are many reasons why orders might not arrive on time, especially since our crafts primarily focus on knives. Goods may be inspected or detained by customs, or lost in transit.
Please contact us at any time, and we will verify tracking information with the shipper. If your order is undergoing customs review, we may ask for your patience. If it is detained or lost in transit, we will resend it or refund you.
My order failed to ship?
This is often caused by incomplete address information, as interpreted by the postal service (especially the USPS). Therefore, please ensure that the address is as accurate as possible when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for any losses. We understand that this is the buyer's responsibility.
Did I receive a damaged item/the wrong item?
Our products may contain fragile components that may be damaged by strong impact during shipping. We offer replacements or repair kits for these situations. If you receive the wrong item, we'll resend the correct one.
I don't need this order now. Can I cancel it? Yes, but please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations are not accepted after the order has been shipped.
I no longer want to purchase my order. Can I return it?
Sorry, we don't accept returns. Most crafts here cannot be returned to us; they will be detained by customs. So, please make sure you really want my craft before placing an order. I guarantee that all the pictures and videos of my crafts are authentic, so you'll receive exactly what you saw.
I played with it and broke it?
My crafts are primarily for collection and display. Some crafts have practical uses, like some butterfly bows for games. However, I don't recommend buying one primarily for training unless it's advertised as a genuine training device. If you accidentally break it, you'll be responsible for the loss.
Can I get spare parts to repair this craft?
I usually provide free parts (when repairable) to customers to repair their craft, but the customer is responsible for shipping.
Custom orders? I rarely accept custom orders, as metal crafts typically require months of development and are priced out of reach for most individual buyers. However, you're welcome to email me your ideas, and if there's a large number of people interested, I'll consider making them.
Scam?
As a small business owner, I would absolutely (and I repeat, absolutely) never scam anyone who supports my small business. If you have any questions about your order, you can also contact me directly at Support@jplus.club. Yes, issues sometimes occur, especially due to the unique nature of my crafts, but I would never scam anyone for any reason.
Affiliate Marketing?
Many influencers have used my work to create content, such as unboxing videos or cosplays.
