Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Estimated Delivery Time:

Order processing time varies depending on the type of item you purchase. Generally, we process your order within 48 hours, depending on availability.

During special periods, such as Christmas, some orders may take longer to process. We will contact you if your order cannot be processed in a timely manner.

Please note that some orders are shipped by manufacturers or suppliers in China. There may be delays in updating your order information (e.g., tracking ID), but this does not constitute a delay in order processing.

Shipping

Our delivery time is 15-40 days, and 80% of orders are shipped within 30 days.

We are committed to providing a comfortable shopping experience and keeping your shopping costs low. Therefore, we must be flexible in sourcing, stocking, and shipping our products.

As a direct result, we ship from various locations, including but not limited to the source factory, our warehouse, and overseas warehouses. The shipping location depends on your shipping address and our inventory availability.

Most original shipping addresses are in China. You will see the original location in the product options. Sometimes you will see options for other countries/regions (such as the United States). This means we have inventory there. You can choose to ship from there to shorten delivery time (estimated to be approximately 2 weeks). Please note that this is a domestic-only option, meaning it can only be delivered to cities within that country. If a customer from another country selects the incorrect option, we will automatically adjust the shipping from that location.

Shipping Damage:

We carefully inspect our products and do our best to package them properly to prevent damage during shipping.

If your package is unfortunately damaged during shipping, rest assured that we are a responsible and honest seller and will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

Customization Fees:

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by local governments, payable upon delivery. These fees are not included in the order total.
